- Our magazine's subscription list will never be sold, rented, or shared in any form.
- Our website does not add "cookies"
to your browser and does not authorize any other parties to add cookies or collect any data or track visitors to
the OSN website.
- nor will we track any track personally identifiable
information from any visitor to the OSN website or allow addition of any third-party products on the website that
track this information, add or read "cookies."
- If you are viewing our pages with some TEXT
viewers, then you may have some confusion "reading" many of the links and email addresses since OSN takes
steps to obscure these from being 'harvested' by SPAMMERS (encoding changes from time to time). Using the link
should launch your email program if you have a problem, email OSN and we will provide the unencrypted link or email
address.
- The only possible exception to the above policy
is that our FTP site is protected and those who attempt to access it from any location other than an authorized
OSN office will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

magazine information, email or website data in any email SPAM or USPS JUNK MAIL for any purpose.

to our editorial office via the postal or email addresses listed at the bottom of this page so that we can take
appropriate steps.
WRITING TO OSN STAFF: Our editors and writers
who wish to make their email (or mailing) addresses available to the public are listed on our CONTACT OSN pages.
- Readers (or visitors) who would like to send
messages to OSN staff not listed may send their messages via our OSN office (touch OSN banner banner below to send
email, mailing address listed below that).
- If requesting a note to be forwarded via the
mail, your response will be the quickest if you:
- include an envelope with postage and your return
address.
- We also suggest that you include an envelope
with postage that is addressed to you.
- If email, we will send you one response with
the date the message was forwarded.
- It is up to the individual writer to respond,
and there will be no follow-up from the OSN office to guarantee such response.
- if more viruses are intercepted or noted in
email:
- the operator will delete your message and send
you a response with a VIRUS WARNING
- email containing viruses will not be read.
- after three viruses are intercepted from any
email address, operator will notify address owner and suspend receipt from that email address at OSN until CLEAN
email is received.
OTHER FORWARDS: OSN will provide limited forwarding
service for messages to suppliers or others related to OSN that do not have their own email address in an emergency.
- Follow steps above given for contacting OSN
writers.
- This is a BLIND forward.
- If OSN is able to forward the letter, we will.
- If we cannot, then the letter will be shredded
with no response to the writer.
- Otherwise this could be used to verify information
regarding current, past or future subscribers in violation of our first privacy statement.
