| Schedules / Sales Cleveland Show Update! 2-Rail O Scale Train Meet of the Western Reserve (dedicated to the memory of Gil Stovicek; no tinplate, Hi-Rail or other gauges allowed) Lakeland Community College, Athletic & Fitness Ctr AFC Auxilliary Gym, 7700 Clocktower Dr (SE corner I-90 & Rte 36 23 miles NE of Cleveland) this show is not affiliated with the Western Reserve O Scale Committee or Western Reserve O Scale Meet; The show has affiliated with a nearby Red Roof Inn for rooms, if you contact Bob Frieden to receive a "code number" and make your reservations by Thursday (11-3-2005)the discount rate is $39 a night. Sat 9 am to 2:30 pm (set up 7 am, no pack-up until 2:30); $5, kids under 12 free; 6'x30" table $35 (as of 10-31, tables are almost sold out!). | Schedules / Sales Shows canceled! In October, the Stamford Club canceled their regular show (10/29). In November, the Cinncinnati Club canceled their new show (10/29). Is the main reason a lessening of support? In Connecticut, they tell us that too few tables were sold, and while several shows still report meeting their average attendance figures; others have reported a scarcity of visitors.
