Retirement

Members of the bargaining unit who wish to exercise the Early Retirement Option as provided in Article XVII, Section A of the contract must file notice prior to February 15 of the year they plan to retire.

As provided in the contract, new applications for Regular Retirement under of Article XVII, Section B. of the contract are due by March 1, 2003.

The provisions of Article XVII, Section B. 4 will apply to everyone who qualifies unless the district is notified otherwise prior to April 1, 2001.
