National Board Certification
The LEAD contract with the District calls for a stipend to be paid to any teacher who has a Master's degree and has achieved National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certification. The ISBE Web Site, listed below, has information on national certification and the Illinois Master Teaching Certificate. The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards also has a web site which is listed below.
