Contract Information
The current negotiated agreement between LEAD 300 and the Board of Education is a three year agreement that expires on June 30, 2006. As provided in this agreement, "The parties will commence bargaining for a successor agreement on or before February 15, 2006. The parties shall bargain as per the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act and its rules and regulations."
