We do address all email received within 3 days, If you have not received a response it is due to one of the following reasons

1. We did not receive your email
2. Delivery failure when responding to your email (Sometimes due to service provider or user filters)
3. We are out of town

If you wish to send alternate contact info, secondary email, phone, etc....... we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you.
